When I realised I'd deleted most of the chapter I was working on I paniced. It's almost impossible to replace a few hours of creative thinking once it's gone. Once I knew I was in trouble I rang David at Next and asked him how to get my work back.

I couldn't have imagined it was as easy as it was. In only a few minutes I had my work back and the creatures in my children's story were back to their usual mischief.
